Pinder Weddings Legal Marriage License Service Package Consulting Service - End-to-end assistance from initial consultation to completion of the marriage registration process. Marriage Registration (Thai Law) 1. Service Information - Review detailed service information on the website before registering. 2. Criteria - At least one spouse must be a Thai national. - Non-Thai spouses need a certificate of celibacy. - Both spouses must be 17 or older (parental consent required if under 17). - Thai student spouses need a letter of approval from the Thai Student Administrative Office. - Previous marriages require a divorce certificate. - Previously married women must change their surname to their maiden name and meet specific conditions if less than 310 days have passed since divorce. 3. Required Documents - Valid passports and ID cards of both parties. - Copies of house registration. - US ID or Driver License (if applicable). - Copies of ID cards of two witnesses (who must be present on the registration date). - Other supporting documents as specified by the Consulate-General. 4. Fees - No fees for marriage registration. 5. Marriage Registration Steps - Complete the online application. - Await document verification and appointment scheduling by the Consulate-General (at least 5 working days in advance). - Receive appointment confirmation via email. - Both parties and witnesses must attend the appointment at the Consulate-General with the original documents.

Pinder Select – Rental Service Policy We want your rental experience to be seamless, enjoyable, and worry-free. Please review our rental policy before booking. 1. Reservation & Payment In-Person Try-On Reservations – Free to book. Rental fees are due when you confirm your selection. Shipping Rentals – A refundable security deposit is required before shipment. Rental fees are charged per day. 2. Pick-Up & Return Khon Kaen and Bangkok Location Pick-Up – Outfits can be collected from our designated Bangkok location during business hours. Shipping Option – Items will be shipped to your address on the selected start date. Return shipping must be completed by your chosen end date. 3. Care & Condition Please handle all garments with care. Avoid alterations, stains, or damage. Normal dry cleaning is included in your rental fee; however, excessive damage may result in repair or replacement charges. 4. Extensions & Late Returns Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Late returns without prior notice will incur daily late fees. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Deposits for shipped rentals are refunded within 3–5 business days after the outfit is returned in good condition.
