Cancellation Policy
Pinder Select – Rental Service Policy We want your rental experience to be seamless, enjoyable, and worry-free. Please review our rental policy before booking. 1. Reservation & Payment In-Person Try-On Reservations – Free to book. Rental fees are due when you confirm your selection. Shipping Rentals – A refundable security deposit is required before shipment. Rental fees are charged per day. 2. Pick-Up & Return Khon Kaen and Bangkok Location Pick-Up – Outfits can be collected from our designated Bangkok location during business hours. Shipping Option – Items will be shipped to your address on the selected start date. Return shipping must be completed by your chosen end date. 3. Care & Condition Please handle all garments with care. Avoid alterations, stains, or damage. Normal dry cleaning is included in your rental fee; however, excessive damage may result in repair or replacement charges. 4. Extensions & Late Returns Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Late returns without prior notice will incur daily late fees. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Deposits for shipped rentals are refunded within 3–5 business days after the outfit is returned in good condition.
