Option 1 – Try-On Reservation (Free)

1. Choose Your Dress
   Browse our Voyage, Occasions, or Heritage collections.

2. Book a Try-On Appointment
   Visit us in person to try on your favorite styles.

3. Reserve Your Rental Dates
   Select the dates you want to rent the outfit.

4. Pick Up & Shine
   Collect your outfit and enjoy your event in style.

5. Return Your Outfit
   Return it by Grab delivery or bring it back yourself.

6. Deposit Refund
   We inspect the outfit. If no damage, your deposit is fully refunded.

Option 2 – Shipping Rental (No Try-On)

1. Choose Your Dress
   Select from our collections online.

2. Pay Deposit
   Refundable after outfit return and inspection.

3. Book Rental Dates
   Choose your rental period (charged per day).

4. We Ship to You
   Receive your outfit at your address.

5. Return Shipping
   Send the outfit back on your return date.

6. Deposit Refund
   After inspection, we refund your deposit if the outfit is in good condition.
